Exchange & Return Policy

Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging intact. Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Email us with your order details and reason. Reverse pickup will be arranged within 3-4 working days. After quality check, the replacement product will be shipped.

Refunds will be processed after product inspection. Amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Products that are used, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted.

If the exchanged product has a price difference, the balance will be charged or refunded accordingly.
